XMPP support for sieve

The sieve workgroup is working on XMPP support for sieve already for a long time. Now they decided to start the working group last call. Which means that we should have a final standard for real time email notification available very soon.

Now we just need to motivate someone to implement XMPP support into libsieve and DBMail will get real time email notification.

IDLE support for DBMail

DBMail finally supports IMAP IDLE.

That's really cool, as it allows to get push email on your mobile phone without any synchronisation issues. As soon as i have my new mobile phone i'll start testing it.
